One of the most BEAUTIFUL & REWARDING additions to your yoga teaching education

Why is Prenatal Yoga an excellent form of movement during pregnancy?

Prenatal yoga is specifically designed for the pregnant body. Through proper, consciously-chosen poses, prenatal yoga offers relief, strength & empowerment while pregnant and beyond.

When you’re pregnant, there is added weight on your body, which can make it difficult to perform other forms of exercise. Prenatal yoga modifies positions so that it actually alleviates the common pains and pressure points of carrying a baby.

Mindful movement, gentle stretching, relaxing breath-work and intentional meditation are feature components when taking a prenatal yoga class, aiding flexibility, blood flow and overall muscle tension.

Prenatal yoga classes are specifically designed for the pregnant body offering physical & mental relief, positive stimulation to the muscles and a place to connect with the body, baby & other mothers, making pregnancy as well as delivery much easier.
